The Terralytiq Fellowship has been developed to help recent University graduates from relevant degrees accelerate their development within Terralytiq and quickly grow into leadership positions
Over the course of 3-6 months, selected candidates will work on a diverse set of tasks, get personalized coaching from Terralytiq’s top-management, a time- and money-budget to deepen their knowledge by attending trainings, conferences, and seminars, and the opportunity to start leading small teams – at competitive pay
At the end of the Fellowship, most Fellows are expected to receive an offer to join Terralytiq permanently

We will get in touch within 14 days for an initial screening interview if you have been selected to advance to the next stage
In some cases and depending on the strength of your quantitative background in your resume, we might ask you to do a standardized test with an external provider
In this stage you will be invited to 2-3 60-minute interviews that will include a case study and a discussion of your experiences
Candidates who have successfully made it through all rounds will receive a personalized offer based on their experience, preferences, and location
